First of all they came labeled as wrist straps. I would have returned them. But I can’t locate anywhere the WIFI shielding web site, to do so.. They received 2 Stars, because they haven’t fallen off my heel completly as yet.. I’ve attempted several ways to securely attach them to my heel. But only after a few steps they shift to the left or right (no longer centered upon my heel).. If they’re truly grounding me to the Earth. I guess I can live with the poor design .
It's a bit cumbersome to really affix them to the heels/they move a lot after walking. I would suggest an instruction vid just to make sure you're doing it correctly. I use them as much as I can though!
